Make sure you have version 1.19 or greater.  Also, if you are using WinNT or Win2k, please make sure you are installing the software in Administrator mode in order to get the file associations set up correct.

I have also put together a program which will fix your associations.  I found a problem with one customer having dangling VisioSonic associations.  Download and run this program and it will re-direct any default associations that are not valid anymore to the mp3 to wave converter.
